Justin with Ecker’s Plumbing has serviced thousands of homes throughout Frederick, Howard, Baltimore, and Anne Arundel County in Maryland. All of the knowledge he utilizes today have been inherited from two prior generations of successful plumbers. This is a short history of our family business.

Ecker’s Plumbing is a family business which originated from Marcellino’s Plumbing, started by Thomas Marcellino Sr., Justin’s grandfather, in 1961. Thomas Marcellino Jr. had taken over the business until his passing, and afterward, Justin began working with his grandfather as soon as he was old enough. During his high school summers, Justin would accompany Thomas on his calls, helped manage inventory in his truck, and dedicated his time to learning both the plumbing and the principles of Marcellino’s Plumbing. As Thomas Marcellino Sr. approached retirement, Justin began studying and taking exams for his Journeyman’s license and afterward his Master’s license, which he holds to this day.
